Malang Cwie Noodle Recipe
Cwie mie is a typical noodle dish from the city of Malang which at first glance looks like chicken noodle. However, the chicken used for cwie mie is minced chicken, the complementary vegetable is not mustard greens but lettuce. What's most distinguishing is that the noodles used have a different taste, namely salty savory which is simpler. Even though it looks simple, cwie mie has a savory taste that is so delicious. Ingredients
- Wet curly noodles - 5 rolls
- Fried dumplings - 10 sheets
- Lettuce leaves - 5 pieces
- Fried onions - 2 tbsp
- Celery, chopped - 2 sticks
- Spring onions, sliced - 2 stalks
- Salt to taste
- Soy sauce - 5 tsp
- Complementary:
- Boiled chili sauce - to taste
- Pickled cucumber - to taste
- Chicken Toppings:
- Chicken fillet, finely chopped - 250 grams
- Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
- Ginger, thinly sliced - 1 cm
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Chicken Oil:
- Cooking oil - 100 ml
- Chicken skin - 50 grams
- Minced Garlic - 5 cloves
- Broth:
- Chicken broth - 1 liter
- Garlic, finely chopped - 3 cloves
- Ginger, finely chopped - 2 cm
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Flavoring - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Beef meatballs - 10 grains
- Green onion, finely chopped - 1 stick
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
