Ingredients

  • Macaroni Elbow - 100 grams
  • Smoked beef, cut into small cubes - 2 pieces
  • Margarine - 1 tbsp
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 piece
  • Wheat flour, medium protein - 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Liquid milk - 250 ml
  • Parsley, chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Cooking oil - 1/2 tbsp

  • Boil macaroni in boiling water with a little cooking oil until cooked, remove and drain.
  • Heat margarine, add onions, saute until fragrant. Then add smoked beef, stir fry for a while.
  • Add 1 tablespoon flour, mix well. Pour the liquid milk little by little stir well. Then add the grated cheese, salt and ground pepper. Stir well.
  • Add the boiled macaroni. Cook and stir until thickened. Before removing, add chopped parsley, mix well.
