Ingredients Glutinous flour - 400 grams Starch - 4 tbsp Powdered sugar - 100 grams Margarine - 50 grams Coconut milk - 250 ml Egg yolks, beaten - 2 eggs Salt - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp Baking powder - 1/4 tsp Sesame - to taste Oil, for frying - to taste Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils Plans In a bowl, mix all ingredients (except sesame and cooking oil). Knead until smooth but not too stiff. Shape the dough into small rounds until it runs out. Sprinkle with sesame until smooth. Heat a lot of oil. Fry the cake over medium heat until it turns brown. Lift and drain. Ready to serve or store in an airtight container. 1. Knead the dough until smooth but not stiff. So that later the sesame seeds can stick perfectly and don't come off when fried.
