Ingredients

  • Glutinous flour - 400 grams
  • Starch - 4 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar - 100 grams
  • Margarine - 50 grams
  • Coconut milk - 250 ml
  • Egg yolks, beaten - 2 eggs
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame - to taste
  • Oil, for frying - to taste
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

Plans

  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients (except sesame and cooking oil). Knead until smooth but not too stiff.
  • Shape the dough into small rounds until it runs out.
  • Sprinkle with sesame until smooth.
  • Heat a lot of oil. Fry the cake over medium heat until it turns brown. Lift and drain.
  • Ready to serve or store in an airtight container.
