Coffee Jelly Recipe

Ingredients
- Jelly plain (10 grams) - 1 pack
- Sugar - 65 grams
- Ground black coffee - 2 tbsp
- Water - 650 ml
- Full cream liquid milk - 250 ml

- Heat the water to a boil in a saucepan. Add black coffee, mix well.
- Let the hot steam dissipate, then strain with cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
- Divide the coffee water into two, 500 ml for making jelly and 150 ml for coffee drinks.
- Re-cook 500 ml of coffee with jelly powder. Add 50 g of sugar. Stir well until it becomes jelly. Turn it off and let the steam dissipate.
- After the hot steam is gone, pour the jelly in a container, let it solidify. After solid cut into small squares. Set aside.
- Pour 150 ml of coffee in a serving glass, add liquid milk. Store in the refrigerator to cool, or add ice cubes.
- Serving: Take a few spoons of coffee jelly in a glass, pour the boiled coffee and milk. Serve. You can add ice cubes to make it fresher.
- Use black coffee and not instant coffee, because it will affect the taste.
