Make a refreshing and delicious coffee jelly to refresh yourself from the heat. It can also be a treat for guests, or just enjoyed alone while watching TV. For coffee lovers, coffee jelly is sure to be one of your favorite drinks. Follow the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Jelly plain (10 grams) - 1 pack
  • Sugar - 65 grams
  • Ground black coffee - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 650 ml
  • Full cream liquid milk - 250 ml
  • Purchase ingredients and cooking utensils

  • Heat the water to a boil in a saucepan. Add black coffee, mix well.
  • Let the hot steam dissipate, then strain with cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
  • Divide the coffee water into two, 500 ml for making jelly and 150 ml for coffee drinks.
  • Re-cook 500 ml of coffee with jelly powder. Add 50 g of sugar. Stir well until it becomes jelly. Turn it off and let the steam dissipate.
  • After the hot steam is gone, pour the jelly in a container, let it solidify. After solid cut into small squares. Set aside.
  • Pour 150 ml of coffee in a serving glass, add liquid milk. Store in the refrigerator to cool, or add ice cubes.
  • Serving: Take a few spoons of coffee jelly in a glass, pour the boiled coffee and milk. Serve. You can add ice cubes to make it fresher.
  • Use black coffee and not instant coffee, because it will affect the taste.
