Ingredients Egg yolk - 8 eggs Egg white - 4 eggs Granulated sugar - 100 grams Low protein flour - 65 grams Milk powder - 20 grams Cocoa powder - 15 grams SP - 1/2 tsp Butter, melted - 125 grams Filling ingredients (optional): Buttercream, buy ready-made - to taste Nougat topping ingredients (optional): Peeled peanuts - 100 grams Granulated sugar - 100 grams Buy ingredients and cooking utensils Plans 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C 1. Prepare a 20 x 20 cm tin, lightly grease the pan with butter. Set aside. 1. Use a non-stick pan to melt the sugar (no need to add water in this melting process).
