Unlike other large cakes, this cake has a size of personal  with various toppings. Not only beautiful, this cake is also very appetizing. But it's so beautiful, sometimes you love to devour it. Making these cupcakes is surprisingly simple. You only need to make 2 doughs, namely the basic cake dough and the dough toppings . After the cake is cooked, just leave the rest to your creativity to decorate it with toppings !

Ingredients

  • Cupcake Base Ingredients:
  • Butter - 120 grams
  • Caster sugar - 200 grams
  • Vanilla powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs - 2 eggs
  • Wheat flour, sifted - 200 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • UHT Milk - 100 ml
  • Additional Ingredients For Chocolate Cupcake:
  • Cocoa powder, dissolve with 2 tsp of water to make a paste - 15 grams
  • Chocolate paste - 1 tsp
  • Additional Ingredients For Lemon Cupcake:
  • Grated lemon zest - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Buttercream Basic Ingredients:
  • Shortening / white butter - 250 grams
  • Softcream, Hollman brand - 55 grams
  • Sweetened condensed milk - 1/2 can
  • Whip cream powder - 50 grams
  • Boiled water - 75 ml
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Additional Ingredients For Chocolate Buttercream:
  • Dark cooking chocolate, melted - 50 grams
  • Lemon Sauce Ingredients:
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Grated lemon zest - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Butter / margarine - 1 tsp
  • Buy ingredients and cooking utensils

Plans

  • 1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  • 1. Mix whipcream powder with boiled water. Stir well. Set aside.
  • 1. In a non-stick skillet/pan, combine lemon juice, grated rind, and sugar. Heat while stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • 1. Give the chocolate buttercream topping for the chocolate cupcake.
  • 1. If there is no caster sugar for the cupcake ingredients, you can trick it by briefly blending the sugar until smooth.
