Ingredients

  • Porridge:
  • Rice - 75 grams
  • Water - 900 ml
  • Ginger - 1/2 cm
  • Lemongrass, bruised - 1 stick
  • Chicken stock powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Broth:
  • Chicken - 1/2 head
  • Broth water - 400 ml
  • Galangal, bruised - 1 cm
  • Lemongrass, bruised - 1 stick
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Citrus leaves - 2 pieces
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Ground spices:
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Shallots - 5 grains
  • Candlenut - 2 grains
  • Turmeric - 1 cm
  • Ginger - 1/2 cm
  • Coriander - 1/4 tsp
  • Complementary:
  • Boiled eggs - to taste
  • Chopped celery - to taste
  • Fried soybeans - to taste
  • Fried onion - to taste
  • Crackers - to taste

Plans

  • In a saucepan, add all the porridge ingredients. Keep stirring and cook until thickened. Lift. Set aside.
  • Boil the chicken and take the broth as much as 400 ml. Set aside. Drain the chicken.
  • Fry the chicken for a while. Drain then shredded. Set aside.
  • Sauce: In a saucepan, saute ground spices until fragrant. Pour the broth, galangal, lemon grass, bay leaf, lime leaves, salt, and pepper. Cook until slightly thickened according to taste. Correction taste. Lift.
  • Solution: Arrange the porridge in a serving bowl. Give shredded chicken, fried soybeans, boiled eggs, celery, and fried shallots. Pour the sauce according to taste. Add crackers as a complement.
  • Ready to be served.
