Beef Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients Rice - 200 grams Ground beef, thinly sliced - 50 grams Carrots, cut into matchsticks - 15 grams Peas - 2 tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Oyster sauce - 1 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Cooking oil - 2 tbsp Sugar - to taste Pepper to taste Flavor - to taste Ground spices: Garlic - 2 cloves Shallots - 2 cloves Big chili - 1 piece Complementary: Eggs with beef eye - to taste Crackers - to taste Cucumber slices - to taste Sliced onions and carrots, cut into squares - to taste Green cayenne pepper - to taste See Mother's Recipe Version Plans Saute ground spices using cooking oil until fragrant and change color. Add beef, stir-fry with spices until it changes color. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper. Stir evenly. Add carrots and peas, stir-fry until carrots are wilted. Add rice. Mix well. Finally add sugar, salt and seasoning. Adjust the taste. Remove the fried rice and serve with complementary ingredients. 1. Use yesterday's leftover white rice or put it in the fridge overnight to make the fried rice more delicious.
