Yellow Seasoned Tilapia Fish Recipe

I've been wanting to post this recipe for a long time, I just haven't gotten around to it yet, only now. There are several tilapia recipes that I haven't written yet, one of them is the yellow seasoned tilapia recipe, and there are several others, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I'll write them on the blog.

I actually don't like the fish menu, even though fish is good for brain intelligence. Of the two types of fish, I prefer saltwater fish to freshwater fish, because it tends to taste less fishy and doesn't smell like earth. And if I were told to choose fresh water fish, I would choose any fish other than goldfish... Because apart from not liking the smell, it has a lot of spines.

Tilapia is a type of freshwater fish whose flesh is soft and has no thorns in the flesh. One of my favorite menus is Tilapia with yellow seasoning, coincidentally someone gave it starfruit, so it has a fresh sour smell, the point is great. Here's the recipe:

YELLOW SEASONING tilapia recipe

(Yellow Seasoned Tilapia Fish Recipe) 
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Servings: 2 people

Ingredients:
2 large tilapia fish
2 lemongrass stalks,
crushed 5 lime leaves
2 segments of galangal,
crushed 7 star fruit wuluh, cut into pieces
🐟 10 cayenne pepper or according to taste, leave intact
sugar, salt, pepper, to taste
oil for frying
50 ml of water

Fine seasoning:
4 cloves of garlic
6 cloves of red onion
5 pieces of curly chili
3 grains of candlenut
4 segments of turmeric
2 segments of kencur
2 segments of ginger

How to cook:
First fry the tilapia, set aside.
prepare the ground spices, heat the oil for frying. Once hot, saute ground spices until fragrant.
add the rest of the other spices that are not mashed, stir-fry for a while.
add water, salt, sugar, and pepper, wait a bit to boil, then add the fish one by one, cook until the gravy shrinks and the spices absorb.
taste correction, if it is right, remove it, and the yellow spice tilapia recipe is ready to be served.
