Ingredients

  • Fettucini pasta - 150 grams
  • Smoked beef, cut into squares - 3 pieces
  • Egg - 1 egg
  • Cooking heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Fresh liquid milk - 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 4 tbsp
  • Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
  • Butter - 2 tbsp

  • Rosemary - 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

  • Boil pasta in 1 tablespoon oil until it reaches the desired consistency, about 6-7 minutes. Lift then drain. Set aside.
  • In 1 bowl, combine eggs, milk, cooking cream, cheese, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and salt. Mix well. set aside
  • Heat butter in a frying pan, saute onion until fragrant.
  • Add smoked beef. Stir.
  • Put the mixture in a bowl, stir quickly until thickened. Adjust the taste.
  • Lastly add pasta. Stir quickly for a moment. Lift.
