UKM Review: Local Mozzarella Cheese Kpbs Rampant

Who likes pizza? Feels bland if you don't use Mozzarella cheese as the topping, right? The rubbery texture makes the food look so yummy!

Mozzarella is a type of Italian cheese that is very famous, if Cheddar cheese comes from the Cheddar area, England. If Mozzarella comes from the Naples area, Italy.

Mozzarella actually comes from the word   mozzare which means to cut. The color of Mozzarella cheese is mostly white, but there is also a pale yellow, depending on the cow's feed.

At first glance, it looks more like butter, because it's yellow and mushy. But after finding the oven, this cheese is 100% melted and there is no difference from imported cheese.

If usually Mozzarella is packaged with salt liquid and is white in color, this is packaged in airtight packaging, and the color is a bit pale yellow, similar to cheddar cheese.

The texture of the cheese before processing is tougher than imported Mozzarella, but if the rubber is the same, it's also crunchy, even though it's not as elastic as the imported one.

And after melting, I think it's rich in too much fat compared to imported Mozzarella, if the imported one is very light  . If this is too stupid if I say.

But if you get the whole Mozzarella aroma and taste, I really like it.

The price, of course, is more affordable, around 35 thousand, cheaper than imported ones with the same packaging. You can also buy it here , so you don't have to bother looking for it.

I used this cheese in my pizza recipe , and it didn't disappoint. Even if you need melted cheese instead of using cheddar, the price is just a little different, it's better to use this local Mozzarella.
