Ingredients
3 eggs
150 gr seasoned flour
2 tablespoons seasoning flour (to be dissolved)
50 ml of boiled water
Method
- beat the eggs, then scramble them in a thin layer.
- Slice the omelet lengthwise. Set aside into a bowl, then add boiled water and flour, mix well.
- prepare flour for coating. Dip the egg into the flour, repeat for two layers. Set aside.
Heat the oil, then fry the eggs that have been wrapped in flour one by one until they are golden brown.
- remove and set aside.
