Materials needed :
- 1 bunch of cassava leaves
- 1 pack of coconut milk powder 23 grams
- 1 handful of anchovies
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 red chilies
- 3 pecans
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 piece of powdered broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 fingertip turmeric
- Langkuas
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Cooking oil

How to make :
- First of all, prepare the cassava leaves first
- Then the cassava leaves are boiled until soft and cut into pieces
- Soak the anchovies using hot water for a while then fry
- Puree with a blender onion, garlic, candlenut, coriander, turmeric
- Saute the ground spices with a little oil added with bay leaves and langkuas
- Give enough water to the coconut milk powder and
- Put the coconut milk into the pot containing the cassava leaves
- Boil cassava leaves filled with coconut milk and add the ground spices that have been sauteed
- Add broth to powder, salt and sugar
- Cook until everything is cooked
- Taste first while the stove is on
