JTT Spicy Sour Sauce Vegetable Bakwan Recipe

Wow, the fast of Ramadan has finally arrived, although it feels a bit sad in my heart because it's time for a pandemic like this. Each individual must social distancing, work from home , and languish at home. I haven't even visited my mother in 1 month who lives with my sister in Mampang. We only exchange messages and info through the WA group. Usually when the fasting month is like this, on weekends I will visit my sister's house and break the fast together. My sister's super nice assistant, Mbak Yati, is good at making various fried foods such as vegetable bakwan, stuffed tofu, and flour fried tempeh. The fried food is crispy , crunchy but not hard and the inside is still soft. Swear, I am really a maniac with this 'unhealthy' preparation, even last month when I was still able to visit there I finished a plate of tofu stuffed with vegetables. There are about 5 pieces of fat stuffed, jumbo tofu that have just been fried. Smooth the toilet with a bowl of cayenne pepper. Repent!

Ah before forgetting, I wish you a happy fasting worship of Ramadan, may you continue to be given fortitude, solemnity in the midst of the trials of this pandemic. And may our worship be blessed by Allah SWT. Amen, YRA.
