- Caisim, iris kasar - 150 gram

- Daun bawang, iris halus - 1 batang
- Garam - 1/2 sdt
- Kaldu ayam bubuk - 1/4 sdt
- Lada bubuk - 1/2 sdt
- Kecap asin - 1 sdt
- Kecap manis - 2 sdm
- Minyak untuk menumis - 4 sdt
- Bumbu halus:
- Bawang merah - 5 siung
- Bawang putih - 3 siung
- Cabai rawit merah - 5 buah

- Panaskan sedikit minyak untuk membuat orak arik telur, lalu pinggirkan di wajan.
- Tuang sedikit minyak dan tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
- Masukkan kecap ikan dan semua bahan hewani (udang, cumi, ati ampela, bakso), tumis sebentar dan aduk rata.
- Masukkan nasi, aduk semua bahan hingga merata.
- Masukkan garam, kaldu ayam bubuk, lada bubuk, dan kecap manis. Aduk hingga merata & harum.
- Terakhir masukkan bahan sayur (caisim, kol, daun bawang), aduk rata sampai sayur layu.
