Assalamualaikum. Hi friends, see you again at Dapur Adis. This time I want to share a recipe for almond choco brownies in the style of Dapur Adis. So let's go straight to how to make it. :)
- 250gr chocolate bars
- 150gr margarine
- 3 eggs
- 150gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 75gr wheat flour
- 15gr cocoa powder
- 15gr milk powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Almond slices to taste
- Choco chips to taste
How to make brownies
1. Melt the chocolate and margarine by means of steam
2. After melting, remove and set aside until quite cold
3. Beat 3 eggs, sugar, and vanilla until well blended
4. Add melted chocolate and margarine into the mixture eggs, sugar and vanilla. Make sure the chocolate and margarine are not hot.
5. Sift flour, cocoa powder, milk powder and add salt. Mix well.
6. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until smooth.
7. Enter all the dough that has been mixed well into the pan, then give the topping according to taste. Here I use almond slices and choco chips.
8. Bake the brownies at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. 25 minutes of top and bottom fire, 10 minutes of bottom fire only.
11. After the brownies are cooked, let them cool a bit and then put them in the fridge for 1 hour to make them taste better! :)
