Makassar Traditional Konro Soup Recipe A la Kitchen Adis
Assalamualaikum. Back again at Adis Kitchen. This time I want to invite my friends to make Makassar Konro Sop . So, let's go directly to how to make it.
Makassar konro soup ingredients - 1/2 kg of ribs - 1.5 liters of boiling water - 2 bay leaves - 2 lime leaves - 1 finger joint of geprek galangal - 10gr dissolved tamarind - 3 tsp salt - 2 tsp sugar - Pepper powder to taste - 1 tablespoon broth powder - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - Scallion to taste - Lime to taste Fine seasoning: - 6 cloves of red onion - 3 cloves of garlic - 1 finger of ginger - 1 finger of turmeric - 1/4 tsp of cumin - 1/ 4 grated nutmeg seeds - 1 tsp coriander - 3 lemongrass stalks take the white part - 2 pieces of keluak How to make Makassar konro soup 1. Put the beef ribs into the boiling water. Add bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal, tamarind solution. Stir evenly. Boil the ribs 2. Soak the keluak in hot water until soft 3. Puree the ground spices 4. Saute the ground spices. Add cloves, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, scallions, saute the spices until fragrant 5. After the spices smell good, add them to the stew of the ribs. 6. Add salt, sugar, pepper, broth powder and sweet soy sauce. Stir well 7. Boil again for about 45 minutes 8. Once cooked sprinkle with spring onions, then serve while warm. 9.
