  2. Masukkan keju parut aduk lagi hingga tercampur rata sambil terus diaduk untuk menghindari gumpalan.
  3. Pindahkan adonan susu ke dalam wadah/loyang yang sudah dialasi baking paper, ratakan.
  4. Diamkan hingga uap panasnya hilang, lalu simpan dalam chiller hingga adonannya set.
  5. Setelah set, keluarkan dari loyang dan potong adonan susu sesuai selera. Beri olesan kuning telur secara merata setiap sisinya.
  6. Panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya dengan suhu 200°C selama 25 menit api atas bawah atau sampai bagian atasnya berubah warna.
