CHOCOLATE DIPPING ICE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS :
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 50 grams of sugar
- A tsp of salt
- 200 gram block chocolate
- 50 ml cooking oil
- Vanilla
- 1 pandan leaf
- Mix coconut milk, cornstarch, powdered milk, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and pandan leaves. Stir well.
- Cook over low heat until it boils and thickens. Chill.
- Beat with a mixer 10 minutes, store in the freezer 2 hours. Take it out again and mix again for 10 minutes. Put the dough in a plastic-lined baking tin. Freeze in the freezer.
- Once frozen remove from the tin. Cut according to taste. Pierce with an ice stick.
- Melt the chocolate block, mix with the cooking oil.
- Dip ice in melted chocolate.
- Serve.
