Delicious Rice Ball Recipe
But this time, I wanted to make something different, coincidentally there was ham in the fridge, then there was cheese and leftover mayonnaise to make an idle fruit salad. Yes, it's done right away... BTW, here's another recipe that can be made while squeezing (it's so easy) and kids really like it, apart from the recipe for the super endesss cheese potato sticks that I posted yesterday...

(rice ball recipe) |
Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 8-10 pieces
Ingredients
2 spoons of rice (about 250 gr)
2 pieces of bacon (ham), cut into small pieces
15 grams of cheese, diced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 /2 tsp stock powder (because it's already salty, don't add any more salt)
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 egg
20 ml of boiled water
150 gr coarse bread flour
oil for frying
Method:
- add rice, eggs, cornstarch , ham, water and spices into a bowl then stir until evenly distributed and can be in balls. Don't forget to put a piece of cheese in the middle.
- Prepare the breadcrumbs, then roll it until everything is coated in flour and set aside. Put briefly in the freezer so that the flour sticks better, about 3-5 minutes.
- Fry one by one until golden brown.
- Delicious Nasi Kepal is ready to be served.
Good luck!
