Ingredients and seasonings for sauce:

- 2 cm ginger, chopped finely
- 1 tsp chili powder

- 800 – 1000 ml chicken stock/plain water
- 6 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced ​​(optional)
- 150 gram Calf Cheese Filling 7000
- a few pieces of dried wakame (seaweed), optional
- 1 leek, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp broth powder
- tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- tsp ground pepper

Other ingredients:
- 300 grams of beef sukiyaki or sliced ​​chicken fillet
- 250 grams of dried yellow noodles
- 1 bunch of baby pakchoy, half cooked
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 stalk of spring onion, coarsely
chopped - sliced ​​​​cayenne pepper

How to make:
Prepare all ingredients, soak wakame (if using) until soft, drain. Boil noodles until cooked, drain, set aside.

Prepare a pan, heat the oil and sesame oil, saute the garlic, onion, ginger until fragrant. Add chili powder and curry powder, stir and fry for a few seconds. Pour in the chicken stock / plain water. Boiled until boiling. .
