Sweet Corn Saute Recipe

Sweet corn is very delicious, and the most popular food made from sweet corn is roasted corn.

Besides grilled corn, foods that are identical to sweet corn,  corn cakes and corn bakwan  are other delicious preparations made from sweet corn.

What stands out from sweet corn compared to ordinary corn is its crunchy texture, because the water content in sweet corn is quite a lot, and of course the natural sweetness is irreplaceable.

If you think about it, corn is a source of carbohydrates, if I make corn cakes, it means that carbohydrates are added from flour, not to mention when it's finished, it's eaten with rice which in fact has carbohydrates, so carbohydrates accumulate in the body... no 😂

So how about this time we just saute (orek) the sweet corn, besides avoiding most carbohydrates, we also reduce the use of oil. And this can also be used as a filling for resoles, you know.. The

taste is no less delicious than corn cakes, in fact they are similar, only this version is without flour and is healthier.
