Review: Luxury Noodles, Bulgogi Fried Noodles

I just realized that now the luxury noodles are packaged without cardboard... hehe because as far as I know the packaging uses cardboard so it looks different from ordinary noodles

Yesterday, I saw luxurious noodles that tasted Indonesian cuisine: oxtail soup and sambal matah, eh.. I accidentally looked for something Korean-style, Bakmi Goreng Bulgogi.

Luxury Noodle Packaging and Prices

At first glance, you will definitely think that this is an imported noodle, like Samyang, especially when there are huge Korean writings plastered on the front of the cover. But when you look at it again, there is a noodle written on it, it just smells like Indonesian snacks and this really is Korean-flavored Indonesian noodles.

If you look at the cardboard packaging previously used by Bakmi Luxurious, I think this plastic packaging is simpler, and doesn't take up much space, but it still shows its glamorous side, because it's wrapped in a rather thick plastic, not like noodles costing 2 thousand. Even though this is an Indonesian product The original, from its size, it is quite competitive with imported Korean noodles, quite big. The price is also quite competitive, around 11 thousand, those who want to try can buy it here . The packaging is also quite unique, it's rare to find instant ramen-style noodles that are packaged in white, usually dark in color, maybe to emphasize the spicy taste which is usually identical to this type of noodle.

Number of calories and composition of Luxurious noodles

Like large servings of instant noodles (this Bakmi Luxurious weighs about 114 grams), this noodle also has the potential to contribute quite a lot of calories, if you read the nutritional information, every 50 grams of this noodle contains around 280 kcal.

In addition to carbohydrates, this noodle also contains protein, fat, and salt. In addition to noodles and spices, this noodle comes with a package containing real meat that has been cooked in a bulgogi style. So in my opinion, it's quite satisfying for that price, if you hang out at a Korean restaurant, you don't necessarily get a menu like this for 11 thousand

The meat filling has been cooked, according to this claim without containing preservatives, because it is cooked with high temperature sterilization, I once attended a seminar on this, it's true that one way to kill bacteria in food (usually because food bacteria spoil quickly, some also said stale) by means of high milk sterilization, the difference with ordinary cooking is that the nutritional content in it is not lost, it's different if you cook it in the kitchen for too long, which makes the food lose its nutrients. So, don't judge all instant food with preservatives. See first how to process it.

It contains four items: noodles, spices, soy sauce, and stir-fried bulgogi. I didn't see the oil in it, usually, fried noodles like extra oil, I thought maybe it was mixed with the soy sauce.

Aroma and taste

The seasoning consists of seasoning and chili powder (the chili is a mixture of chili powder and chili in the form of flakes), at first I thought it was really spicy. The noodles are very curly, usually if the ordinary noodles are wavy, right?

When it comes to the taste of the food, it's either delicious or really good.. hehe and for this Bulgogi Fried Luxury Noodle, the taste is generally on my tongue, and the spiciness is also very human, so even though the chilies have very clear seeds, the taste is still according to my opinion. I'm just right and it doesn't give me a sore throat or heartburn. As for the taste of the noodles themselves, they are quite chewy, but not too crunchy, and just cook for a while, otherwise the results will be very soft.

Because it doesn't use extra oil, so when the noodles are mixed together with the spices, it's a bit dry, so if I want the noodles to be moist, I just add a little water from the stew, that's all. As for the taste of the noodles, even though it's called fried noodles, it's not that sweet, and actually the taste only appears when it's joined to the stir-fried bulgogi.

In my opinion, the taste of the stir-fried bulgogi is almost similar to Indonesian cuisine.. hmm.. it's similar to a stew but this is a salty version, then there's a sprinkle of sesame seeds. The meat inside is sliced thinly, bulgogi-style, and the spices are quite absorbent to the meat, in my opinion. The onions are still visible, so when it's combined with the noodles, it's like buying it from restaurants.
