  • Agar-agar powder 1 pack
  • 150 grams of brown sugar (choose dark brown)
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

  • Pandan leaves 2 pieces
  • 800 milli liters of water
  • 1 egg

How to Make Javanese Sugar Coral Egg Pudding:

  1. The first step is to mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, except the eggs. Cook until boiling.
  2. Next, beat the eggs well, then add them to the pudding mixture while it boils. Stir quickly then turn off the heat.
  3. Pour into the tin, cool until the steam is gone. 
  4. Then put it in the refrigerator.
