Healthy and Delicious Pindang Patin Basil Basil Kitchen Style
Assalamualaikum. Hi friends, back again at Adis Kitchen. Today I will share with friends how I make Pindang Patin Basil Basil Kitchen style. So, let's go directly to how to make it. :)
Ingredients: - 1 catfish - 2 bunches of basil leaves - 1 lemongrass stalk - 2 lime leaves - 2 bay leaves - 1 galangal finger joint - 10 pieces of cayenne pepper - 2 kandis acid - 1 liter of water - Salt to taste - Sugar to taste - Pepper powder to taste Fine spices - 7 cloves of red onion - 4 cloves of garlic - 1 finger of ginger - 1 finger of turmeric - 3 pieces of roasted candlenut - 7 pieces of red chili - Enough water - 2 tablespoons of cooking oil How to make pindang patin basil: 1. Puree the ground spices 2. Saute the ground spices, add lemon grass, lime leaves, bay leaves, galangal Saute until fragrant 3. After the spices smell good, add the cayenne pepper, kandis acid. And add 1 liter of water. Stir well 4. Enter the catfish. Add salt, sugar, pepper. Stir well 5. Cook until boiling, and fish is cooked 6. Add basil leaves, and tomatoes and then turn off the stove heat 7. Serve the pindang patin basil while hot, with warm rice.
