Because I was watching a Korean reality show called The Return of Superman (TROS) on You Tube, I was drooling over a variety of foods that family members who are TROS stars often try. This show shows how a father raises his son and daughter without the help of the mother. Full of stories, funny and often makes me amazed by the smartness of the Korean boys who are the stars of the show. I'm currently in love with Park Joo-Ho's family who have two children, Naeun and Gun Hoo who are super cute and funny. Moreover, they also like to snack at various delicious restaurants in Korea, some of which are egg kimbab and crispy fried chicken that looksamazing . Frankly, I'm still curious about the fried chicken, the pile of chicken coated with crispy flour dough is so tempting, when I bitten the crunchy sound makes me feel like I want to reach for the chicken pieces on the plate right away. Unfortunately, I haven't found a recipe for chicken dough tokcer as shown in TROS, except using instant flour which contains a lot of 'micin'. Tried several times with various compositions of various types of flour, the results are still not crunchy.
