Dry ingredients: - 250gr wheat flour - 50gr cornstarch - 1 tablespoon milk powder - 1/2 tsp baking powder Wet ingredients: - 150gr margarine - 50gr butter - 100gr palm sugar - 1 egg - 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract - 200gr chocolate chip How to make Chocochip Chocolate Cookies Delicious and Simple:
1. Sift dry ingredients 2. Mix margarine, butter, palm sugar until well blended for 2 minutes 3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixer until well blended for 1 minute 4. After wet ingredients are well mixed, add dry ingredients little by little. Stir until well blended 5. Once well mixed, add the chocolate choco chips. Stir evenly 6. After mixing well, shape cookies according to taste then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 - 30 minutes Thanks for watching friends!
