Adis Kitchen-style Geprek Chicken Sambal Recipe
Assalamualaikum. Hi friends, back again at Adis Kitchen. This time I want a variety of Recipes for Geprek Peanut Sambal Chicken Recipe by Adis Kitchen . Curious how to make it? Let's go straight to how to make it! :)
Ingredients Fine seasoning: - 5 cloves of garlic - 1 finger of ginger - 2 fingers of galangal - 2 fingers of turmeric - 1 tsp of coriander - Salt to taste - Pepper to taste - Enough water Ingredients for chicken ungkep : - 1 chicken (cut into 8) - vinegar / lime to taste - Ground spices - 1 tsp broth powder - 2 lime leaves - 1 bay leaf - 1 lemongrass geprek Ingredients for peanut sauce : - 25 cayenne pepper - 2 cloves of garlic - 1 tsp salt - 5 tbsp fried peanuts - Java sugar to taste - 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds How to make peanut sauce geprek chicken: 1. Put all the ground spices into a blender, puree. 2. Give enough vinegar/lime to the chicken, add the ground spices, mix well 3. Put the chicken into the pan, add the lime leaves, bay leaf and lemongrass. Stir evenly 4. Turn on the stove over low heat, ungkep until the spices seep into the chicken. 5. Make peanut sauce: Add cayenne pepper, garlic, salt. Pulse until slightly smooth, then add the fried peanuts, brown sugar and sesame seeds. Knead again until smooth and even. 6. Remove the cooked chicken, then fry the chicken until golden brown. 7. Remove and drain the chicken, then geprek chicken. 8. Pour the peanut sauce over the fried and mashed chicken, then eat it with fresh vegetables according to your taste buds. Thanks for watching friends!
