Black Martabak Ingredients:

  • Black glutinous rice flour 5 tablespoons
  • Chakra flour 5 tablespoons
  • Milk powder 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • 1 egg
  • Sweetened condensed milk 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • pinch of salt
  • 200 milliliters of warm water
  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  • Granulated sugar to taste, used for sprinkling

Martabak Topping / Stuffing Ingredients:

  • Butter to taste
  • Grated cheese / kraft to taste
  • Sweetened condensed milk white or chocolate according to taste
  • Tulip Chocolate Rice to taste
  • Selai kacang / kacang sangrai secukupnya
  • DCC Tulip Master Baker's parut secukupnya
  • Nutella
  • Atau beri topping sesuai selera

Cara Membuat Martabak Ketan Hitam Manis :

  1. Langkah pertama campur tepung terigu, tepung ketan hitam, gula, susu bubuk, garam, baking powder dan susu kental manis, aduk rata. Kemudian tuangi air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk, lalu tambahkan telur, aduk rata sampai adonan tidak bergerindil. Diamkan sekitar 1 jam didalam wadah yang ditutup plastik wrap.
  2. Setelah satu jam, masukkan baking soda ke dalam adonan, aduk rata.
  3. Selanjutnya panaskan teflon atau cetakan khusus martabak lalu tuang adonan sampai keluar pori-porinya atau bersarang. Taburi gula pasir, tutup teflonnya, Lalu masak dengan menggunakan api kecil sekitar 2 menit atau sampai matang.
  4. Angkat, lalu oles dengan mentega, taburi keju parut, DCC Tulip Master Baker's parut, Tulip Chocolate Rice, Nutella, susu kental manis dan bahan topping lainnya sesuai selera.
  5. Selanjutnya potong jadi 2 bagian, tumpuk lalu siap untuk dipotong-potong.
  6. Sajikan bersama minuman hangat seperti teh dan kopi. Maknyusss!
