Ingredients

  • Cold water - 150 ml

  • Stuffing:
  • Potatoes, diced and boiled - 2 pieces
  • Chickpeas, sliced ​​and boiled - 100 grams
  • Carrots, diced and boiled - 2 pieces
  • Minced chicken - 200 grams
  • Onion, chopped - 1 piece
  • Garlic, puree - 3 cloves
  • Shallots, puree - 5 pieces
  • Curry powder - 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/4 tsp

  • Water - 1/2 cup
