Yellow Spice Checker Recipe
It's been a long time since I've cooked claws, eh, the mothers where my son goes to school instead "botram" make a handful of claws, but what's called eating together can't take too much, then the others won't get it 😂 That's why I still want to continue cooking at home.. Hehe
Then sir, my husband also asked for claws, actually the original plan was to make claw soup but on second thought, I'm too lazy to cook, have to cut the vegetables, haven't prepared the seasonings... Huaaaah already made the yellow spice claws. At the same time satisfying curiosity, because I've tried several times and it keeps failing
But don't worry, this time it was pretty successful, thanks to peeking at recipes on other people's blogs, and a little creativity and love.. Halah
Cooking time: 60 minutes
Servings: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
250 gr chicken feet, cleaned
1000 ml water (for boiling)
1 cup water (for cooking)
3 cm ginger,
crushed 3 cm galangal,
crushed 1 tsp chicken stock powder
salt and sugar to taste
3 tbsp oil Ground
spices:
3 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
3 cm turmeric
1/4 tsp coriander
4 candlenuts
How to cook:
Boil the feet until soft, size water is only about yes, mother, because on the way I add water until the feet are soft as desired. Boil for about 30-40 minutes, because you want the bones to come off when you bite them. ️
Prepare a frying pan, heat the oil, then stir-fry the ground spices until fragrant then add the geprek spices, stir-fry for a while.
Then enter the chicken feet that have been tender, stir until evenly distributed, then add the water, leave until the spices seep while stirring.
Add stock powder, salt, and sugar. Taste correction.
When it's time to turn off the heat, the yellow spice claw recipe is ready to be eaten hot.
TIPS: If you want the claws to not look crushed (due to long boiling to make them soft) before processing with spices, store them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or so.
