  • 275 gr wheat flour
  • 200 gr sugar
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons emulsifier
  • Food coloring to taste (2 different colors)
  • 225 ml plain soda
  • 2 eggs

  1. Prepare a medium-sized container, then add sugar, eggs, and emulsifier, beat all the ingredients that have been mixed until stiff
  2. After that, sift the flour and emulsifier using a sieve to make it easier. Do it alternately
  3. Mix it with plain soda then shake it slowly and add the vanilla essence, then stir again until all the dough is evenly mixed
  4. Next is to divide the dough into 3 parts, for 2 parts please add food coloring according to the taste you want. Set aside one part without coloring
