Recook: Cheese Tempeh Ball Recipe

I got this recipe from one of the MPASI recipe book collections, the ingredients are relatively few and easy to get and execute. I was curious about the taste so I tried recook.

As for the ingredients, it doesn't include sugar and salt, hmm... I guess it's suitable for babies under 12 months... Not bad for finger food. But actually I made this for my 6 year old son. So I wanted to modify it with a little salt, but my son said it doesn't have to be salty from cheese... That's true.

And finally, when it's finished, I taste it, it's pretty good, even though it's not too salty, even though I've recently added the cheese from the portion in the original recipe. So far, it's okay to be a snack for children. Here's the recipe, right:

Ingredients
150 gr tempeh
1 egg
2 Tbsp wheat flour
30 g cheedar cheese
1 tbsp sliced ​​onion
1 tbsp sliced ​​scallion
oil for frying Dip

How to make
- Slice the onion and puree the tempeh.
- Combine tempeh with all ingredients, then stir until smooth.
- Beat eggplant.
- Take the dough little by little, then round it and put it in the egg mixture.
- Heat the oil, then add the egg-coated dough to the pan.
- Fry until it turns brown. Then lift and drain.
- Cheese Tempe Balls are ready to be served.
