  • 1 bunch mustard greens
  • 2 medium sized carrots
  • 1 medium size green broccoli
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Pepper powder
  • Cooking oil

How to make :

  1. First of all, start by reading a prayer like Bismillah.
  2. The next step is to wash all the vegetables that are ready to cook
  3. Cut vegetables according to mother's taste
  4. Separate vegetables between the handle and vegetables (for those who like the handle you can also)
  5. Then chop the chopped garlic and heat the oil
  6. Saute the chopped onion until it gives off a fragrant aroma
  7. Add carrots, stir fry, add enough water (can add other vegetables)
  8. Add the vegetable handles and fry until soft
  9. Enter the existing spices (pepper powder, salt sugar until the taste is right on the tongue, while sauteing)
  10. The last step is to put the vegetable ingredients into the stir fry then stir fry
  11. Saute until cooked then remove
