Pizza Dough Recipe
Pizza dough itself is divided into two types, American pizza style and Italian pizza style.
The American-style bread is a bit thick with a very soft texture, while the Italian-style bread is thinner and crunchier.
Basically, I prefer Italian-style pizza dough, because later it will have more toppings than the bread. The ones
that are widely circulated in Indonesia tend to be more towards American pizza, because the bread really likes it thick. But once at a restaurant (I just forgot the name), he used thinner bread.
This time I don't know which version of pizza dough to make, maybe Indonesian style 😂. I wanted to make it Italian style, so I purposely thinned it out on the baking sheet... (Maksa.. Hahaha)
Oh yes, regarding flour, most of them use high protein flour, but here I use all-purpose flour, because that's what there is in stock. at home.

Ingredients:
500 grams of flour
5 grams of instant yeast
350 ml of warm water
50 grams of oil (better use olive oil)
10 grams of sugar (1 tablespoon)
10 grams of salt
Method:
mix the yeast instant, sugar, and 100 ml of warm water. Stir until smooth, set aside.
Mix in a bowl, flour and salt.
Put the activated yeast into the flour, mix well, add the oil, mix well again, finally add water little by little, knead until smooth.
Once smooth (dough does not stick to your hands), cover the container with a damp cloth, about 60 minutes.
After 60 minutes, open the lid, then remove the air that is in the dough by beating it.
Separate the dough 150 gr each (if I get 6 pieces)
each one can be used to make a personal size pizza pan, if you want it bigger, you can combine it as needed.
The dough that will be used is flattened while occasionally sprinkled with flour, until the desired thickness.
Pizza dough is ready to use with desired sauce and toppings.
Tips: dough that is not used can be stored in the freezer, by wrapping it with plastic wrap, as I made:
