Petai Anchovy Sambal Recipe
Around my house complex which is close to the market, there are many food stalls scattered around. One of them is a fried chicken and catfish pecel stall owned by a middle-aged mother. In the past, when I went to the office, I used to stop at his stall, which had been open since morning. I bought fried vermicelli and fried chicken for lunch at the office. The fried vermicelli are delicious, dry and the price is cheap, with only four thousand rupiah, a full bag of fried vermicelli will fill your stomach until 2 pm. Instead of having to cook yourself, it's complicated and time consuming. The fried chicken has big chunks, I usually order the breast. The chicken is always accompanied by a greenish onion sauce which is super spicy, but very tasty. I've always wondered how to make fried onion sauce like this.
