What do you do during these #stayhome times that seem to be over? Staying at home during this crisis is different from staying at home during normal conditions on holidays. Right now we really just stay at home, not going to malls, not hanging out in cafes, not eating in restaurants, not being able to go to the gym for those who are exercise maniacs, not even visiting relatives' homes on weekends, even limited markets and supermarkets. The point is not going anywhere. Of course there are many activities that can be done even if you are cooped up at home, but as the days go by with the same thing, boredom begins to appear. I even sometimes forget the day and date. Time passed fast. The morning started and suddenly the call to prayer for Zuhur prayer in the mosque was resounding. Day then passed and night came. I spend a lot of time in front of my laptop trying to work but not focusing, cooking the easiest recipes I can find, cleaning the house and checking the plants in the yard. Since this WFH the house has become shiny, because there is so much free time.

Khoresh bademjan recipe instant pot You can definitely freeze this stew. However, I would suggest that you freeze the stew and the fried eggplants separately; otherwise the eggplants might fall apart and get mushy when reheated. To serve, thaw the stew and the eggplants in the fridge overnight and heat in a sauce pan over medium heat.
