Javanese Curry Chicken Recipe

- Chicken - 500 grams
- Water - 250 ml
- Instant coconut milk - 50 ml
- Citrus leaves - 3 pieces
- Lemongrass leaves, crushed - 1 piece
- Galangal, crushed - 2 fingers

- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Ground spices:
- Shallots - 6 cloves
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Red chilies - 6 pieces
- Devil's cayenne pepper - 5 pieces
