How to make honey chicken wings:
1. Marinate the chicken first, add the garlic, salt, pepper. Stir well then let stand for 30 minutes
2. Make the coating: Sift flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, then mix well. After that set aside
3. Make the dip: Sift flour, add salt and pepper. Add 100ml of cold water, stir until well blended and there are no lumps
4. Dip the marinated chicken in the (wet) dye then rub and knead into the dry ingredients.
5. Fry the chicken until brown, remove and drain

8. Add water, cook until it boils and thickens
9. Add in the fried chicken, mix well.
10. Serve then sprinkle with roasted sesame.
