Easy Recipe Tomato Omelet
The pandemic season must increase endurance, one of which is maintaining a diet and consuming nutritious food.
If you hear from advice, it says you have to eat a lot of vitamin C, that's why this time I put in a pandemic-style omelette, tomatoes, usually only onions😄.
But it tastes pretty good, so there's some sourness in it... good luck;

3 eggs
1 apple tomato (large size tomato)
2 cloves of red onion
1 clove of garlic
1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil

- Slice the onion and garlic, then chop the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice.
- Prepare a container, add the eggs, along with the spices.
- Beat the eggs until evenly mixed.
- Heat the oil, then put the eggs into the pan, cook until cooked, don't forget to turn back and forth.
