Culinary Info: Bakso Panghegar Bandung, You Must Try (part 2)
Yesterday, I just discussed a little about this Panghegar Bakso (part 1) ... How about it, is there anyone who is curious and has someone gone straight to it? I think I want more, but since it's quite far from home, it takes a struggle to reach it..
After yesterday talking about the delicious Yamin noodles now let's go straight to the main part, meatballs!
The meatball sauce I said yesterday fits perfectly on my tongue, not too thick with fat. Now for the meatballs, in one portion, 2 fine meatballs are given, 1 muscle meatball, and extras such as vegetables and toppings (claws, dumplings, etc.)
It looks a little rich, doesn't it? 😂 but seriously, this portion in my opinion is very human.. Not too much, not too little. Now, when there's a lot of excitement, there are big meatballs, not to mention there are all kinds of children giving birth, for me it's actually delicious, because most of them are... (except maybe those who like big portions like this)
This Panghegar meatball even though it looks a little bit, but the taste makes you satisfied, and the filling is just right.. . Maybe you want to carry the taste of a luxury restaurant that never gives a portion like someone who doesn't eat for three days? Hehe...
The small meatballs, the chewy texture is just right, and the taste of the meat just feels good on the tongue, while the big meatballs are softer and melty, this is the meatball version of the panghegar meatball, which doesn't slip between your teeth... Because really soft.. Hehehe
What I like more, though the Bakso Panghegar doesn't make the concept of meatballs with minced daleman, but the taste of the meat blends perfectly into the meatballs, so there's no need for minced filling to emphasize the beef taste, I think that's it. Again, it doesn't make you feel bad and the impression is too much 😊
Then for those who like toge in the meatball soup, it's a shame you won't get it here, because the only vegetables are mustard greens, I don't have a problem with it, it doesn't affect the taste and I think the appearance is also more attractive, so it doesn't look messy.
As for the claws, there's not much to say, that's all, it's quite soft and comes off the bones quickly when it reaches your mouth.
