Popcorn Chicken Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken,
filleted 400 gr crispy chicken premix flour (I use plain flour)
Oil for frying

Sauce Ingredients:
🍲 200 ml fresh milk
100 gr cheese cheedar
1 tbsp sow cheese powder ( I use indofood)

How to make popcorn chicken:
Cut the chicken filet into cubes, then soak in 400 ml of water and 2 tbsp of crispy chicken premix flour.
Take one chicken filet, roll it with dry premix flour, then put it back into the marinade, then roll it again a second time while pressing, so that the flour sticks and makes a curly texture in the flour. Do this until the chicken is used up.
Heat oil in a frying pan, then fry the chicken that has been coated with flour until golden brown over medium heat. Lift and drain.
