  • Thick coconut milk - 300 ml

  • Ginger - 2 knuckles
  • Turmeric, roasted - 3 finger joints
  • Candlenut, roasted - 6 pieces
  • Coriander, roasted - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin, roasted - 1/2 tsp
