Simple And Practical Chicken Opor Recipe
Assalamualaikum. Hi friends, back again at Adis Kitchen. Today I will share with friends how I make Simple and Practical Chicken Opor in the style of Dapur Adis. So, let's go directly to how to make it. :)
Ingredients: - 1 chicken cut into 12 - 1 liter of liquid coconut milk - 200 ml of thick coconut milk - Salt to taste - Sugar to taste - Pepper powder to taste - 1 tsp of powdered broth Stir-fry seasoning: - 13 cloves of red onion - 8 cloves of garlic - 2 fingers of ginger - 1 turmeric finger - 4 roasted candlenuts - 2 tsp roasted coriander - 1/2 tsp cumin - Cooking oil - 2 lemongrass sticks - 3 bay leaves - 3 lime leaves - 2 galangal fingers - 1 cinnamon stick How to make chicken porridge :
1. Puree the onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, candlenut, coriander, cumin 2. Saute the ground spices, add lemongrass, bay leaf, lime leaves, galangal, cinnamon. Saute until fragrant 3. After the spices smell good, add the chicken. Cook until well mixed and the chicken changes color 4. After the chicken changes color, add the liquid coconut milk, mix well. 5. Add salt, sugar, pepper, broth powder. Stir evenly. Cook until boiling, while stirring so as not to break the coconut milk 6. After boiling, add thick coconut milk, stir evenly. And cook again until boiling 7. After boiling and the chicken is cooked, the chicken opor can be served.
