Ingredients for white fried rice: - 5 cloves of red onion - 2 cloves of garlic - 3 pieces of cayenne pepper - 1 curly red chili - 1 green chili - 1 leek - 1 celery stick - 500gr white rice - 2 eggs - 1 /2 carrots - 5 green beans - 1 handful of anchovies (fried) - 1 tablespoon fish oil - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - Salt to taste - Sugar to taste - Pepper powder to taste - Cooking oil to taste - Complementary: emping crackers, cucumber, tomato . How to make white fried rice: 1. Slice the onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, red chili and green chili. 2. Cut the leek into 2 parts, and thinly slice. 3. Thinly slice celery leaves 4. Heat enough oil. Add 2 eggs, then scramble. 5. Add the shallot, garlic, scallion (white part) stir-fry until fragrant 6. Add carrots and beans and cook until slightly soft. 7. Add rice, add fish oil and soy sauce. Stir evenly. 8. Enter the fried anchovy fields. Salt, sugar, pepper to taste, scallion & celery stir evenly, cook until cooked. 9.
