Kentant cheese stick ingredients: - 750gr potatoes - Salt to taste - Pepper powder to taste - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp origano powder - 100gr cheddar cheese - 100gr cornstarch - Cooking oil to taste How to make potato cheese sticks:
1. Steam the potatoes for 20-30 minutes 2. Puree the potatoes 3. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, origano powder, cheddar cheese. Then stir evenly 4. Add cornstarch, stir evenly, then knead by hand until evenly distributed 5. Roll the dough to taste, then shape according to taste 6. Fry the cheese potato sticks until golden yellow 7.
