Recipe for Making Easy Economical Black Forest Pudding
Economical Black Forest Pudding Ingredients:
- 2 packs of plain agar
- 500 ml sweetened condensed milk (I use carnation)
- 1400 milli liters of water
- Sugar 2-3 tablespoons (can be adjusted to taste)
- Salt to taste (a pinch)
- Cocoa powder 40 grams
- Dark Cooking Chocolate or chocolate block 80 grams (finely grated)
- 1 egg (separate the white and yolk)
- Black forest paste 2 tablespoons
Economical Black Forest Pudding Toppings:
- brown fence
- Fresh Strawberries
- Whipped cream
- Shaved chocolate
- Powdered sugar for dusting
How to Make Economical Black Forest Pudding:
- Chocolate pudding: first mix the powdered jelly, water, sweetened condensed milk, sugar and salt. stir until well blended.
- After that take approximately 500 milliliters of dough, set aside to make chocolate foam pudding.
- Next, add the cocoa powder and chocolate blocks to the gelatin mixture. cook until boiling.
- Take 1 tablespoon of the dough vegetable , mix it with the beaten egg yolk , then put it back into the mixture . Stir quickly until smooth and let it boil again. Add 1 tablespoon of Black Forest paste, mix well.
- Pour some or 1/2 part of the chocolate jelly into a baking dish that has been moistened with water, cool until slightly set.
- Meanwhile, soak the rest of the dough in a container filled with hot water, so it doesn't harden.
- Chocolate Foam Pudding: cook the remaining gelatin mixture that has been set aside until it boils. then add 1 tablespoon of blackforest paste. let the dough be slightly warm.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff (characteristics when the bowl is reversed, the dough will not spill)
- Next, slowly add the warm gelatin mixture to the egg whites. shake until well blended.
- Solution: when the first layer of chocolate pudding has slightly set or hardens, pour the foam pudding mixture. Let stand until half frozen and then pour in the remaining chocolate pudding. Let stand until set and chill in the refrigerator.
- After it feels cold and hardened, remove it from the pan and the pudding is ready to be decorated according to taste with complementary ingredients.
