Material :
2 pieces of egg noodles (originally used wet noodles, if you don't have one, if I say the closest to the original recipe use red wrapped Urai noodles)
5 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 scallion
1 medium size tomato
100 gr shredded chicken/ shrimp/ beef
2 tablespoons curry paste seasoning (can be substituted with Bango Bumbu Mie Goreng Aceh )
100 gr mustard greens (using Petsai is also good so the noodles are more moist, because Petsai contains more water than mustard greens)
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mushroom powder
1/4 tsp sugar
3 tbsp cooking oil

first cook the egg noodles until soft, then drain the water, drain.
slice of onion, garlic, scallion, and tomato. Heat the oil then sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, then add the curry paste. Reserve the tomatoes and scallions for final processing.
Enter the shredded chicken/seafood/beef, stir-fry until it changes color, then add the noodles and add the rest of the spices, mix well.
lastly add the chopped vegetables, tomatoes and scallions, cook until the vegetables are wilted. And ready to serve.
