Beef Kwetiaw Recipe

JTT Beef Kwetiaw Recipe

Now I'm addicted to gardening videos from utuber Vietnam, there are lots of channels scattered about. The reason is because the passion for gardening is still burning, and it so happens that these videos from Vietnam show a lot of unique vegetable and spice plants. For example, leaf kesum ( Vietnamese coriander ) , karok, rice paddy herb, fish mint, which can actually be found in our country but are not commonly used as a spice or spice in local cuisine. Unfortunately, this utuber  gardening from Vietnam rarely uses English and almost no English subtitles display it. So far from the manychannel , I only found one utuber showing subtitles in English.  The funny thing is, many of the channel owners don't actually live in Vietnam, but in Western countries such as the US, Canada, UK, Australia or Europe. So logically they can speak English, just for whatever reason they are not willing to use it in the video, or at least provide subtitles . In the end, I was made to go round and round trying to identify the spices and vegetables they grow or use in cooking.
