Press / Pressure Pot

Pressure cookers or better known as pressure cookers, even though pressure cookers are a brand name, this is the old pan that came out for the first time), indeed there are various brands, ranging from cheap prices to amazing prices.

But it looks like this pressure cooker is indeed a pressure cooker, there is a price for quality, a cheap price if you make milkfish presto it can take more than 1 hour or even 2 hours, but for a good brand (and a bit expensive) it only takes 45 minutes and the bones are soft. Presto chicken if 1 hour is no longer missing bones because everything can be eaten.

The only thing I haven't tried is the crab paste, they say it can also be used for crab paste and you can eat it up to the shells.

Also for the presto oxtail, if you are desperate or forget to give an alarm, 45 minutes is already tender to the bones...., so 15 minutes is enough.
For ordinary meat, it only takes 5 to 8 minutes....

Incidentally, in 1992, there was a promotion for this pressure cooker to Bontang, a friend who bought it but for some reason he didn't have the appetite anymore, then sold it to me in a neatly wrapped condition, not used at a price which is tilted at 80% off, right, it's called fortune, so that at that time I didn't think about what to do because the catering business was just starting, but let's just let it be while there is a good price, the goods are still fresh.

At that time, the selling price from the shop was 1,200,000 for 1 set, it contained 1 12 liter pot, then 1 short 6 liter and one small, about 2 to 3 liters if I'm not mistaken.
with clakat and sieve for 2 kinds of size.
The big lid can be pressurized and the regular one but has one air hole, you can replace it with a short one, if the small one has a pressure cap and a regular lid. also with 2 kinds of clakat.
Don't ask how much the price is now, it has gone up if I'm not mistaken it can be 6-7 times since these 14 years.

The only maintenance of this item is that the rubber is often replaced because it is used very often, during the catering era, if it's been a year now I haven't changed the rubber, just for personal use.

Good strong and indeed good quality, the brand is Fissler.
I'm not promoting the original, but based on experience because I have various brands, the very old brand is Presto (that's why until now people say that the pressure cooker was actually the name of the first pressure cooker brand), then Prestige, then replaced again with Tefal (bought in the Netherlands), I just bought ISA because I wanted to try it, it said it was good.

But for me personally, nothing beats the strength of this Fissler, it's clear that it's been around for a dozen years and it's still good, even though the price is also comparable to the quality. But it feels like a lifetime to have this pot. Really worth it. If this one is the same brand as Fissler, they say it's from the blue magic series, the size is 9 liters, but I'm a bit dissatisfied with this, I don't know why there are more problems with this one pot.

I bought it in 1993, because I wanted a medium size one, remember this one is still 600 thousand.

The pressure problem is almost non-existent, but the problem of hissing is excessive and sometimes it's a bit difficult to control, and the valve control cover is quite often broken.
I have broken the valve cap twice, which is wide gray where the handle is.

But the other functions are just as good as the big ones. If it's a suggestion, it's better to buy a big one or a model like the big one but in a smaller liter size, if you want a medium size, don't use this model.
Where is the lid, you only get one kind, even though with 2 kinds of clakat.

Buying a pressure cooker is a bit expensive but if you really want one, don't hesitate to choose the best quality one because we only buy this pan once for a lifetime. Unless it's a collection of pressure cookers or buying them for trial and error like me.....
And it ended up with my family getting these kinds of pressure cookers.

Whatever the brand is, it's important that it fits your needs, it's just that I really like this one.
